17A – Elevator Pitch No. 2

17A – Elevator Pitch No. 2

1.) https://youtu.be/XEJ4l60N6Ko

2.) The one thing that was important was the tone of the speaker’s voice and the accent or rest in the pitch. These things greatly contribute to grabbing the audience attention. The feedback that I thought was useful was that I had to speak-up, because it was difficult to understand what I was saying from time-to-time.

3.) Based on the feedback, I tried to speak louder and provided more detail about milktea.

18A – Create a Customer Avatar

18A – Create a Customer Avatar

My customer avatar

The customer is a person between the age of 15-25. The person’s hobbies include traveling, photography, and hanging-out with friends. The person tends to drive cars that are fuel-efficient and in their price range, such as a Toyota Camry or a Nissan Rouge. The person likes a car that is not too fancy or too rundown. The color of car is dark gray with a white interior, because the person prefers a cool color scheme. The person does not have any kids but wants kids in the further and have a happy family. The person is very family oriented. The person does not care much about politic thus they do not have a favorite politician. The person likes reading article online rather than books as the person is a millennial. In addition to reading, the person really likes to watch drama shows or food competition shows. The person watches shows as a way to destress and relax on a Friday night.

What do you have in common with the customer avatar?

The things that I have in common with the customer avatar includes, traveling, the type of car we prefer, and maybe our age.

If you have anything in common with the avatar, do you think that is a coincidence? Why?

I do not think that it is a coincidence that I have things in common with the avatar as people who likes similar activates or foods have many things in common.

16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?

16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?
1) The thing that makes me different is my determination and planning. I also think I am hard to approach and very quite. I am the kind of person who does not like to go into a new project without partially knowing what the project is about and background information regarding the project. In addition, I am a very determine person and I dislike it when people thing that I will not accomplish my goal. Hearing these opinions, make me more determine to accomplish me goal.
2)
Kelly: Ambitious, calculating (likes to plan things out), realist, does not live in the present, a cold appearance, does not easily open to people.

Kailynn: More mature compared to classmates

Shailee: Determined, have strong goals

Tyler: Approachable, not afraid to think outside the box, ambitious, clean-freak

William: Determined, Studious, Organized, like to know things before hand

3) Reflect on the differences. I think the way that other perceives me is similar to how think of myself. Most the of the traits that my friends said about me are the same to the one that I put one, such as being a determined and ambitious person. One thing that surprised me is that Tyler said that I am approachable which is different from how I see myself. I think that I am the really quite type that’s hard to approach and cold but in reality I am just extremely shy. I think that my interviewees are about 85% correct about me. After the interviews, I would not go back and make any changes in part 1.

15A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2

15A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2
Jose
After interviewing Jose, I found-out that he all three aspects, the price, quality, and style, matter to him equally. He stated that the quality should reflect the price of the service or product. He said that it depends on the product or service. Some of things he would buy online while other things he would buy in store; it is whatever is the most convenience for him. When he buys thing, he usually uses a credit and rarely carry cash with him. The thing that helps him determine if the purchase is a good idea is whether or not the products continue to be a useful for him. The said the total opposite thing for a purchase that is a bad idea; if the products turn out to be useless.
William
According to William, he said that the price and quality are the most important to him. Similar to Jose, he said that the price has to match the quality. He said that nowadays it is more convenient to carry a credit card around rather than cash. Thus, he said that most of his purchase are done using a credit card. He determines if the product is a good purchase if the product has a long lasting date and is useful to him. A product is a bad purchase if it turns out that there were better deals on the market for a product that has the same use.
Tyler
After interviewing Tyler, Tyler said that the quality and the price are the two biggest factors that influence his decision when buying a product. Similarly, to the Jose and William, Tyler said that the price has to match the quality. Tyler said that he is also likely to use a credit card instead of cash and that he usually shops online as it does not require him leave campus. The thing that helps him determine if a product is a good purchase or not is its usefulness in his everyday life and if the product does the job that it guaranteed.
Conclusion:

After the interviews, I would say that in term most people makes their purchase decision based on the price and quality. The quality of the product has to match the price. After they make their purchase, they evaluate the product base on how useful it is and how long the product last for.
