19A – Idea Napkin No. 2

1. I am an introverted person who like to hide his true feelings because I do not want to worry other or have other perceives me in a negative light. However, I will break the boundaries I set for myself if I know that I have to get a task completed. I believe that I am very creative and this is because I was in the arts for a seven years. In addition, I am very analytical and take into account every details before coming to a conclusion. In the future, I wish to be a success entrepreneur who has a couple of café while attending medical school and possibly being a physician. The business while play a major role in my life. However, it will still be put behind my education. If I were to start the business, I would devote the time I off to plan out the concept of the business and manage the staffs. After, the business is stable I would like to have a person in charge for me to focus on opening another café or school.
2. The café will introduce multiple type of bobas, some of which will include taro, fruit, or water chestnut boba, where customers can choose from. Thus, the milktea can both satisfies the consumers thirst and hunger to a certain extent. In addition to this, there will also be other component that can be added to the milktea, such as a layer of cream cheese added to the top of the drink or flan, boosting the level of creaminess when drinking.
3. The café is geared toward college students, both male and female. In addition, the café will also be family-friendly which will draw in more customers. Some characteristics that the customers possess include, willingness to try new things, slow pace of life, and like photography. I think that most of the customers will be people who like to explore new cultures, thus the café will have an eastern spin to the atmosphere.
4.  Customers would pay because the drink and boba are something different that has not been introduce in the market as of right now. In addition, most people pay for food product because of its deliciousness.  Other may come to enjoy the atmosphere, which will be unique from the other cafes. The café will not have regular chairs because the atmosphere will be inspired by Japanese cafés.
5. The two things that set the café apart is the new take on milktea and the atmosphere. The thing that set me apart is my determination, stubbornness, which could be a good or bad thing, and my all or nothing attitude.  

I think that most of the elements fit together well and they complement each other nicely. For example, numbers 2 and 3 fit with each other because we know that customers’ hobbies thus we can introduce fun drink idea that fit with those hobbies. The one that I would say is out of joint is number 5 because the thing that set the business apart may not the components that the customers find attractive about the business thus the thing the set the business apart may be a bad or good thing.

The two main points that I took away from the first napkin idea was to explain in more details about the business idea and explaining the different types of boba. I tried to explain more about the business idea in number two in which I also included the different types of boba that will be served at the café.
